Payment Plan
The Portofino Damac Lagoons payment plan is as follows: 5% upon booking, 10% within 30 days + 4% DLD (notary equivalent) fees then 55% between booking and the end of the works, with payments every 3 months and finally 30% upon delivery of the keys.
