Payment Plan
The payment plan for the Elysée 3 at JVC is simple and comes in 2 options:
Either over 5 years after handing over the keys or 10 years after handing over the keys, up to 40% of the total price of the apartment. 50% must be paid between the reservation and the delivery of the keys.
For more details: 15% + 4% registration fees (DLD) are to be expected, 22.5% to be paid during construction (2 and a half years), 2.5% upon delivery of the keys and 50% on 5 or 10 years, in monthly payment.
